REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the intention, care, and quality behind each product.

This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference for a different colour or edition

  • Ordering by mistake

  • When a product arrives later than Australia Post suggested delivery timeframe.

This applies to all products, including Limited Editions and pre-order items.

When changing your mind and wanting to return the item - the item should be:

  • unopened

  • you will pay for returning the package

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund in line with ACL.

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

3. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved, the item:

  • Must be unused

  • Must remain in original packaging

  • Must be returned within 7 days of approval

Once the return is processed and inspected, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds cannot be processed to a different account, card, or payment platform.

5. Klarna & Afterpay Refunds

If you purchased using instalment payment services (e.g., Afterpay or Klarna), your refund will be processed through their system.

Any payment plan responsibility remains between you and those providers.

6. Pre-Order Refunds

Pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the expected shipping timeframe as stated on the website.
